Tower summer promotion

  1. These terms and conditions (Terms), Tower's General Promotion terms and conditions (available here), and Tower's General Terms (available here) apply to the "Tower Summer Promotion" (Promotion).
  2. In these Terms Tower means Tower Limited.
  3. The Promotion begins at 12:00am on Wednesday 20 December 2023 and ends at 11:59pm on Wednesday 31 January 2024 (Promotion Period).
  4. There are ten prizes to be won for this Promotion. Eligible Customers (see clause 6 below) will receive one entry per Eligible Policy (see clause 6(a) below) held in accordance with these Terms (i.e., hold two Eligible Policies and receive two entries).
  5. Subject to clause 16(b) and 17, prize winners (Prize Winners) will have the choice to receive one of the following three prizes:
    1. A four pack of Arlo Pro 5 2K Spotlight Wire-Free Security Camera's from Noel Leeming, see more details here.
    2. A Sony 55" X77L Bravia LED 4K Google TV from JB HI FI, see more details here.
    3. Motor Trade Association (MTA) gift cards valued at $1,000 to buy petrol, or get your vehicle serviced, see more details here.
  6. Subject to these Terms, this Promotion is available to you if:
    1. you purchase or hold a Tower branded insurance policy (Eligible Policy) during the Promotion Period; and
    2. the Eligible Policy has not been cancelled as at the Draw Date (see clause 12 below),
      (Eligible Customer). References to you in these terms means the insured listed on the certificate of insurance or the person identified as ''Adult 1'' on the application for a Tower travel policy.
  7. This Promotion does not apply to the following:
    1. Tower's employees and their respective immediate families and/or people residing with them are not eligible to win a Prize,
    2. Trade Me Insurance Policies.
  8. If this Promotion applies and you are an Eligible Customer, Tower will automatically enter you into the Promotion. Eligible Customers agree to be bound by these Terms unless they contact us to advise that they do not wish to participate in the Promotion.
  9. Unless Tower advises otherwise, this Promotion can be participated in along with any other Tower offer, discount, or Promotion.
  10. Each Prize Winner can only win one Prize during the Promotion.
  11. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other benefit.
  12. The Prize Winners will be determined by a random draw by Tower from all valid entries on Thursday 8 February 2024, and, if required, on the date where any new Prize Winner is selected (Draw Date). The Prize Winners will be notified by Tower by email or phone within two working days from the Draw Date.
  13. The Prize Winners will be asked to provide Tower with their contact details (including first name, last name, email address, phone number and address) and choice of Prize within 10 working days of that Prize Winner being contacted by Tower to advise that they are a Prize Winner.
  14. Tower reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and re-draw a new Prize Winner if:
    1. Tower is unable to contact a Prize Winner within 10 working days of the Draw Date; or
    2. the terms of clause 6 are not met.
  15. Policy terms, conditions, exclusions, sub-limits, minimum premiums and underwriting criteria apply in respect of all policies.
  16. Tower reserves the right to:
    1. cancel this Promotion prior to expiry of the Promotion Period;
    2. substitute a Prize with another prize of a similar value;
    3. add policies to the list of Eligible Policies; and/or
    4. change any other aspect of the Promotion at any time,
      at its sole discretion.
  17. Each Prize is subject to the Warehouse Group (trading as Noel Leeming) (Noel Leeming), JB Hi-Fi Group (NZ) Ltd (JB HI-FI), or MTA terms and conditions (as applicable).
  18. Tower explicitly disclaims and does not accept liability in relation to any terms and conditions (or any change to the terms and conditions) relating to the Prize, including in relation to the expiry date.
  19. Tower explicitly disclaims and does not accept liability in relation to the provision of goods or performance of services by Noel Leeming, Arlo Technologies, Inc, JB HI-FI, Sony New Zealand Limited, or MTA.
