Summer prize draw

1. These terms and conditions (Promotion Terms), Tower's General Promotion Terms and Conditions (available here), and Tower's General Terms (available here), apply to the "Summer Prize Draw" Promotion (Promotion).
2. In these Terms:
   
   1. Allianz Partners means AWP Services New Zealand Limited trading as Allianz Partners.
   2. References to you means the insured listed on the certificate of insurance or the person identified as 'Adult 1' on the application for a Tower travel policy (as applicable).
3. If you are an Eligible Customer (see clause 8), Tower will automatically enter you into the Promotion and you are deemed to have accepted the Terms unless you request otherwise. If you wish to be removed from this Promotion, please contact us using any of the options available here.

Promoter

4. The Promoter is Tower Limited (Tower, us) at Level 5, 136 Fanshawe Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.

Promotion Period

5. The Promotion begins at 12:00am on Monday 2 December 2024 and ends at 11:59pm on Friday 31 January 2025 (Promotion Period).

Prize Details

6. There are ten prizes to be won for this Promotion. Eligible Customers will receive one entry per Eligible Policy (see clause 10) held in accordance with these Terms (i.e., hold two Eligible Policies and receive two entries). One entry is available per Eligible Policy, regardless of the number of policy holders listed.
7. Subject to clauses 14 and 15, Prize winners (Prize Winners) will receive one of the following ten prizes (Prize), which will be allocated at random:
   
   1. Weber Baby Q 1000N Gas BBQ LPG
   2. Ultimate Ears EPICBOOM
   3. Go Pro Hero13
   4. Deluxe Wood Cornhole Set
   5. 2 x $1,099 The New Zealand Bucket List Chuffed Experience Gifts
   6. Giant Kubb Set
   7. Crisis Bunker 4 x person pack; or
   8. 2 x Keter Cool bar (table and drinks cooler).

Eligibility

8. Subject to these Terms, this Promotion is open to you, and you will be an eligible customer, if:
   
   1. you purchase or hold an Eligible Policy during the Promotion Period;
   2. that Eligible Policy (as defined in clause 10) has commenced and has not been cancelled as at the Draw Date; and
   3. as at the Draw Date, Tower and/or Allianz Partners (as applicable) have received all payments due in respect of your premium for such Eligible Policy.

9. This Promotion does not apply to the following:
   
   1. Tower's employees and their respective immediate families and/or people residing with them
   2. Policies underwritten by Tower's group companies in the Pacific.
10. For the purposes of this Promotion, an Eligible Policy means any Tower branded insurance policy, but excludes:
    
    1. Trade Me Insurance policies; and/or
    2. any other insurance policies underwritten by Tower's group companies in the Pacific.

Promotion Details

11. Each Prize Winner can only win one Prize during the Promotion (even if they hold more than one Eligible Policy).
12. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other benefit.
13. The Prize Winners will be determined by a random draw by Tower from all valid entries on Monday 3 February 2025 (Draw), and if required pursuant to clause 14 of these Terms, on the date when any new Prize Winner is selected (Draw Date). The Prize Winners will be notified by Tower by email or phone within two working days from the Draw Date.
14. The Prize Winners will be asked to provide Tower with their contact details (including first name, last name, email address, phone number, and address) within five working days of that Prize Winner being contacted by Tower to advise they are a Prize Winner.
15. Tower reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and re-draw a new Prize Winner if:
    
    1. Tower is unable to contact a Prize Winner within five working days of the Prize Winner being drawn; or
    2. Tower has not received payment of a Prize Winner's premium (either in full for annual payment or at least the first instalment if the payment method is otherwise) prior to the Draw Date; or
    3. the terms of clause 8 are not met.
16. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram, and you fully release Meta Platforms Inc. from any liability or responsibility for or in connection with this Promotion.

General

17. Policy term, excesses, conditions, exclusions, limits, minimum premiums and underwriting criteria apply in respect of all policies.
18. Tower reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, to:
    
    1. cancel this Promotion prior to expiry of the Promotion Period;
    2. substitute a Prize with another prize of a similar value;
    3. add policies to the list of Eligible Policies; and/or
    4. change any other aspect of the Promotion at any time.
19. The Prize is subject to Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited, The Warehouse Group, Backyard Games NZ Limited, Tourism 2020 Limited, Crisis Bunker Limited and Trade Tested Limited’s terms and conditions (as applicable). 
    (Prize Suppliers).
20. Tower expressly disclaims and does not accept liability in relation to any terms and conditions (or any change to the terms and conditions) relating to the Prize.
21. Tower explicitly disclaims and does not accept liability in relation to the provisions of goods or performance of services by the Prize Suppliers.
22. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tower and its related companies and affiliates, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or cost suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this Promotion or accepting the Prize.
