Be in to win a $500 Prezzy Card promotion

  1. These terms and conditions (Terms) Tower's General Promotion Terms and Conditions (available here), and Tower's General Terms (available here) apply to the "Be in to win a $500 Prezzy Card" Promotion (Promotion).
  2. In these Terms, Tower means Tower Limited.
  3. The Promotion begins at 12:00am on Wednesday 14 February 2024 and ends at 11:59pm on Friday 28 February 2025 (Promotion Period).
  4. The Promotion will consist of 12 separate draws (each, a Draw) with draw periods as follows:
    1. Entries to the first Draw will open at 12:00am on 14 February 2024 and close at 11:59pm on Sunday 31 March 2024.
    2. Entries for each of the 11 subsequent Draws open at 12:00am on the first day of each subsequent calendar month and close at 11:59pm on the last day of each calendar month during the Promotion Period.

    (Each, a Draw Period).

  5. There are 12 prizes to be won for this Promotion and there will be one prize winner in respect of each Draw Period (each, Prize Winner). Eligible Customers (see clause 7 below) will receive one entry during the Promotion Period (i.e., hold two Eligible Policies and receive one entry).
  6.  Prize Winners will receive one Prezzy Card valued at $500 (Prize).
  7. Subject to those Terms, entry into a Draw is open to you if:
    1. you hold an Eligible Policy (see clause 9 below) with Tower during the Promotion Period; and
    2. that Eligible Policy is still in force on the relevant Draw Date (see clause 14 below); and
    3. by the Draw Date, Tower has received all payments due in respect of your premium for such policy, either:
      1. in full for an annual payment; or
      2. at least the first instalment and any subsequent payments due if your payment method is by instalments; and
    4. you have received the Email (see clause 8 below) for this Promotion.

    (Eligible Customer).

  8. If you are Eligible Customer, you can enter a Draw by pressing the 'be in to win' button on the "Quick check-in - and your chance to win" promotion email sent to you by Tower for this Promotion during the Promotion Period (Email) within the Draw Period in which you receive it. If you click on the 'be in to win' button within this timeframe, you'll be taken to a landing page which will confirm you are in the relevant Draw (Entry). By entering this Promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
  9. For the purposes of this Promotion, an Eligible Policy means any Tower Car, Contents, or House insurance policy, but excludes:
    1. Lifestyle block and farm insurance policies;
    2. Contract works - renovation cover policies;
    3. any commercial policies; and
    4. any other insurance policies underwritten by Tower.
  10. Tower's employees and their respective immediate families and/or people residing with them are not eligible to enter this Promotion.
  11. Unless Tower advises otherwise, this Promotion can be participated in along with any other Tower offer, discount, or promotion.
  12. Each Prize Winner can only win one Prize during the Promotion.
  13. The Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  14. Each Prize Winner will be determined by a random draw by Tower from all valid entries received in the relevant Draw Period and, if required, on the date where any new Prize Winner is selected. Tower will make a random draw as follows:
    1. In the case of the Draw that opens at 12:00am on 1 December 2024 and closes at 11:59pm on 31 December 2024, the draw will take place on 16 January 2025.
    2. In any other case, the draw will take place within three business days of the end of each Draw Period.

      (together Draw Date).

  15. The Prize Winners will be notified by Tower by phone or email within three working days of the relevant Draw Date.
  16. Each Prize Winner will be asked to provide Tower with their contact details (including first name, last name, email address, phone number, and address) within 10 working days of that Prize Winner being contacted by Tower to advise that they are a Prize Winner. Each Prize Winner will be sent their Prize by courier.
  17. Tower reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and re-draw a new Prize Winner if:
    1. Tower is unable to contact a Prize Winner within 10 working days of the Draw Date; or
    2. the terms of clause 7 are not met.
  18. Tower will obtain written permission prior to using any Prize Winners' personal information (including their name, photograph, city, and/or town) for marketing and/or publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion. If consent is provided, this information may be published on Tower's website, and/or social media networks, and in communications. Please refer to Tower's Privacy Policy for more information.
  19. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram and you fully release Facebook and Instagram from any liability or responsibility for or in connection with this Promotion.
  20. Policy terms, conditions, exclusions, limits, sub-limits, minimum premiums and underwriting criteria apply in respect of all policies.
  21. Tower resrves the right to, at its sole discretion:
    1. cancel this Promotion prior to expiry of the Promotion Period;
    2. substitute a Prize with another prize of a similar value;
    3. add policies to the list of Eligible Policies; and/or
    4. change any aspect of the Promotion at any time, at its sole discretion.
  22. Each Prize is subject to Prezzy Card terms and conditions found here.
  23. Tower explicitly disclaims and does not accept liability in relation to any terms and conditions (or any change to the terms and conditions) relating to the Prize, including in relation to the expiry date.
  24. Tower explicitly disclaims and does not accept any liability in relation to the provision of goods or performance of services by Prezzy Card.
