Our client's version of events indicates that you were the responsible party in an incident. We are seeking to understand whether the cost of this claims sits with you or whether you have insurance that will cover this.
We have sent through all relevant invoices to either the email address or postal address we have on file for you.
You can also log into our online self-management portal to see your current debt total. Otherwise, you can call us on 0800 872 987 to discuss this matter with one of the team (Monday to Friday).
We are responsible for recovering the claim costs incurred from incidents involving our client where a third party was at fault.
We offer the ability to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly via automatic payments that can be agreed upon.
Payments can be made directly to the bank account details included in our initial letter.
