What to do in an emergency
Here are a couple of tips to help you in case of an emergency:
- Sprung a leak? If water is causing damage to your home, minimise the mess straight away. Turn off your water supply at the toby or isolation valve and contact a plumber as soon as possible.
- Burgled? If you've been burgled or have damage to your home that was caused by someone else, notify the police immediately.

Your claim process in three easy steps

Tell us about your claim
Start your claim by clicking on the icon you're claiming for above. Follow the prompts, describe what happened, and upload any documents that might help.

We'll review your claim and get things started
You'll be given a claims manager who'll contact you to make any necessary arrangements. These could include referring you to one of our repair or supply partners.
For some claims, we can approve them right away. For others, like damage to your home or car, we'll arrange for an assessor to review your claim.

We're with you to the end
We'll keep you updated regularly until everything is resolved.
If your policies are in My Tower, you can also log in and check your claim status and access your claim manager's direct contact information.
