We’ll pay for repairs to your car if it’s damaged by an uninsured vehicle, as long as you can identify the person at fault and the fault was at least 50% theirs.

If you accidentally damage someone else’s car or property, we’ll cover you for your legal liability.

Clean up costs

We'll pay up to $5,000 in road clean up costs you're liable for after an accident.

Our policies don't cover your commercial vehicle if it stops working due to a mechanical failure. However, you can add our 24-hour roadside assistance service, RoadWise®, to your policy, so if a breakdown happens help is just a phone call away.

Do you cover drivers on learners and restricted licences?

We do, as long as they are driving inside the conditions of their licence.

Am I insured to be an Uber driver?

No. Neither our commercial policies nor private policies cover rideshare and carshare services like Uber, Ola, Zoomy, and Yourdrive.

How do I make a Commercial vehicle insurance claim?

We aim to make claiming on your Commercial vehicle insurance as simple as possible. We'll guide you through the process, let you know what happens next, and keep you up to date with any progress.

Can I cancel if I change my mind?

If you're not completely happy with your cover, just let us know within 15 days of the policy start date.

As long as you haven't made any claims during this time, we'll cancel the policy and refund any premium payments you've made. If the policy is not quite right, we might be able to change it to better suit you.
