  Use this form to change your investment allocation or redirect your contributions to a different investment fund. Download this form if you a non default member of KiwiSaver.

  Use this form to transfer from another investment fund that is not a KiwiSaver scheme to the TOWER KiwiSaver Scheme. You need to read a copy of the TOWER KiwiSaver Scheme Investment Statement before you can sign up.
